FY2023 Impact
From July 2022 – June 2023, we served a total of 40 families! We had 11 partner families close on their homes; 25 families receive critical home repairs in Richmond, Chesterfield and Henrico; 2 families served through our new Affordable Rental Program; and 2 international families who benefited from our tithe to Habitat for Humanity International. We Can and We Will!
We wrapped up the meeting with some words from our CEO, Madelyn Peay, about where we are headed in the future with our strategic plan. Our goal is to be at the forefront of the industry in creating diverse and innovative pathways to provide access to quality affordable rental housing and homeownership opportunities o families with low income. In partnership with these families, we will unlock the door to housing stability, hope, prosperity, and the realization of their dreams.
Thank you to everyone who attended and a huge thank you to Whitney Guthrie, our Director of Community Engagement, for planning this incredible event!
