If your home needs critical repairs and the cost feels out of reach, Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity’s Home Repair Program may be able to help. The program supports eligible homeowners with essential health, safety, and accessibility repairs so they can continue living safely in the homes they own. Repairs are provided at no cost to the homeowner and completed in partnership with each locality using Community Development Block Grant funding.

Accessibility modifications like ramps and grab bars
