Join Richmond Habitat for the largest Women Build yet!

This year’s Women Build will run from August-December and is the largest for this program ever with over 300 spots to fill! Women Build volunteers will be constructing not just one, but two single-family attached homes in the City of Richmond!

This means twice the number of volunteers are going to be needed each day!

New construction is also exciting as volunteers will be building the home from the foundation up. From framing, to siding, drywall, paint and more, we need YOUR HELP to make this dream of homeownership a reality for TWO FAMILIES this year!

According to The National Women’s Law Center, 80 percent of U.S. jobs lost during the COVID-19 pandemic were held by women. The United Nations (UN) has reported that 40 percent of all employed women globally work in the industries hardest hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.
