About the Future Homeowner
Erica, a proud mother to two boys, has worked hard to give her family a good life. She put herself through college and works as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Erica’s current residence has ongoing maintenance issues, a rising rent, and is too small for her family. Striving for better for her boys, she learned about Richmond Habitat’s Affordable Homeownership Program from a former coworker, applied, and was accepted!
