Historic Rehab in Church Hill

Historic Rehab on Chimborazo Boulevard

We just finished one of the most extensive rehabs we’ve ever done! This gorgeous home in Church Hill, off of Chimborazo Boulevard, was built in 1926. The home was built on the site of Blood Run Creek, which was filled in so that these homes could be built. Because of this, the foundation of this home sank with time, and we had to hydraulically lift the home almost 2 feet in order to make it level!

We were able to use Historic Tax Credits to help us rehab this home, and are now selling it through the Maggie Walker Community Land Trust in order to ensure that it remains affordable for years to come!

Thank you to Mo, Mitch, and the entire Construction team for completing such a gorgeous rehab and saving this important piece of Richmond’s history!
