Marsha Daniels Named Richmond Habitat’s Employee of the Year!
Congratulations to Marsha Daniels, our INCREDIBLE Chesterfield ReStore Manager, for being named Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity’s Employee of the Year for 2021!
Marsha was described by her peers as “an incredibly supportive, hardworking and creative leader who always ensures that her staff are cared for and having fun!”
Marsha has taken the Chesterfield ReStore from opening in 2018 and made it into a thriving, successful and profitable store. In FY21, the Chesterfield ReStore increased gross sales by 55% over FY20 and increased net profit by an amazing 500%!
The rapport Marsha has with their staff and the volunteers who work with her is absolutely incredible and she has helped to create such a warm and welcoming environment for all who visit.
