Faith Commitment & Participation

Richmond Habitat is grateful to our Faith Partners for joining us in our journey of providing housing and enabling our mission to succeed. We welcome any commitments you would like to make that would outline your steps to cooperate with us to build homes, communities and hope together.

Faith Partner contributes in ANY way to support the mission of RMHFH – through all volunteer efforts (construction, lunches, ReStore, Welcome Home basket and/or landscaping, etc.) as well as giving.

A Unity Build Supporter provides a financial pledge or contribution that supports the cost of constructing the Unity Build home, thus allowing volunteer participation in the Unity Build.

Please use the form linked here to make a commitment to Richmond Habitat that would represent a working agreement between us.  You can scan and email it to brobinson@richmondhabitat.org or FAX it to us at 804-232-7025.

Join our Faith Council

A Faith Council has now formed and meeting regularly. This council plays an important role in planning Habitat initiatives that involve faith communities, including activities around the Unity Build. As Richmond Habitat grows, we need more faith partners engaged in volunteer efforts, committed to advocating for housing issues, dedicated to prayer support, and pledged to financial sponsorship.

For more information and to get involved contact Burdette Robinson at brobinson@richmondhabitat.org

Help Revitalize the Richmond Community, Today

We help as many families as we can, but the lack of affordable, safe housing remains a critical problem in our area. Habitat for Humanity in the Richmond Metropolitan area is committed to making affordable and safe housing a reality for low-income families. And with the help of donations, volunteers, proceeds from our ReStore, and hard work from our home buyers, we’re making that dream possible for hundreds of residents in the Richmond Metropolitan area.
