Please read carefully.
All community service volunteers must complete our Court Related Community Service Policy form if you hope to present verification of these hours for any court-related event. This is required even if your Community Service is not court-appointed, but was recommended.
As soon as we've received verification that this form was completed and you are approved for service, we will contact you with instructions to set up your first shift. Any hours completed BEFORE receiving approval, or completed WITHOUT receiving a staff signature at the time of the shift WILL NOT be included in the final hours verified. At least 2 business days notice MUST be given for a letter to be provided.
If you are under the age of 18 and looking to fulfill hours, please make sure your parent or legal guardian has signed your electronic waiver.
We do not accept charges having to do with: larceny, theft, forgery, breaking & entering, assault, civil disobedience charges, fraud, hit and run, and any violent or sexual offenses. Additionally, we do not accept charges for selling and distributing drugs.
